United Airlines (2018-present)
Leading/managing multiple design teams and external agencies on apps for United’s employees. The products ranged from mobile, communication apps, to desktop-oriented network management tools. I also led the teams working on our design system to make sure all our internal products were as consistent as possible.
I also worked on United’s consumer side for a couple of years.
Uptake (2015-17)
Led the interaction design on multiple SaaS products, ranging from CRM to complex, data-science-driven anomaly detection/predictive analytics. I’m not going to lie, that stuff is hard! Uptake is an Agile shop – I’m not sure there’s a better way to develop products.
During my time at Uptake I also established their design system.
